The Northern California rain storm is following us. Southern California is to get heavy rain Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We heard the temperature in Arizona is a comfortable 72 degrees. Hopefully, it will get a little warmer and the storm does not follow us there.

We traveled approx. 350 miles. California to Arizona on I10 was long, but very pretty if you are into viewing various rock formations.

I got very excited when I was tracking us on our GPS and found BRENDA, AZ….yes…really. This little town has a Country Store, Café, and 4 Campgrounds. Now, all we have to do is find “Johnny” town.

We ended our day by parking Big Red and Taylor in the “Super” Walmart parking lot in Tempe, AZ. Walmart allows you to stay in their parking lot for FREE. You do have to be self-contained. We will be here till Saturday morning, till we can connect up with Maria and Louis Serrano and see their new baby Natalie, who live in Chandler, AZ.

Tomorrow, We thought we would go see the Giants and Los Angeles Angels play, but after realizing they are not playing here today, and are in Tucson playing CWS, we are still going to go to the Arizona State University (home of LAA training camp), and watch the LAA’s play whomever on Friday, since the Giants are away.
